We booked a room here twice. Nice people. Short stay.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We forgot our cell phone in the room when we left and they held it for us for several days until we could return. Bed comfortable. Room clean and nice looking. In walking distance from ADO.

The hotel was not easy to find. No good eating in immediate area. Water pressure poor. Should supply top sheet and better pillows for bed.

Very good price for Cancun. Friendly staff and very quick Wi-Fi

There was a lot of noise all through the night. Place is slightly outdated. Not the best location.

There was not hot water in the shower. You can here people outside the room. The neiberhood is not so nice and at night is little spoke go there alone.

Only good for a very short stay, but it’s definitely worth paying a bit more and finding something else

It is close to the ADO station as well as the buses that drive to the Zona Hotelera (ask the staff). It has plenty of options to eat around and the rates are very cheap. The staff at the reception desk was helpful. The room was quite big (I was only one person and had 2 beds).

I was not hoping for luxury in any way when I booked this room, just a nice clean room. However, it was really a let down. The beds were made with duvets that had no cover and there were minor stains on the bedsheets. The bathroom was rusty, especially the floor of the shower. The drain was also smelling really bad. The worst for me was the noise. You can hear everything from the street (I was on the first floor with no windows, the noise was coming from the main entrance) and there are people speaking really loudly throughout the night. There was a dad screaming to his daughter at 7 am from one floor to another. On top of that, as much as I like reggaeton, it was blasting from the reception at 8-9 am, so you can’t really sleep past that time. There was also this really loud noise coming from the pipes in the bathroom at random times that would wake me up, and I’m not talking about water noise, it seemed like the pipes were going to explode. Overall, I slept 2 nights and I would not last any more.

OK for a few nights in downtown area

It was a clean simple hotel. The staff were excellent even when I arrived at 2am due to a delayed flight

The hotel is in a bit of a run-down residential street a few blocks from a main road. The room furniture has seen better days.

A modest hotel just 10 minutes from downtown Cancun ADO bus station. Polite staff, simple but acceptable rooms. Great for 1-2 nights when you need to use Cancun as a transfer point.

For "need to stay for a night in Cancún with low budget" - this is your option!

They had aircondition, wi-fi and cold drinks at the reception. The staff was able to communicate in english.

The whole room (restroom included) stinked with mold. Curtains were covered with mold as well.

The lobby / réception watches their TV very loudly, even thought we were on the top floor, we could clearly hear it all night. I had to wear ear plugs to sleep. Can't imagine what it would be like being in the first floor. There is no elevator so be ready to climb up 4 floors.

Stopped off in Cancun for a few nights before travelling on across Mexico. All good: Nice sized room. Good value for money. Clean, Good shower. Fairly quiet location.
